The Lesotho Bureau of Statistics (BOS) is a government department set up for the collection, management and dissemination of official national economic, social and demographic statistics to support research and government planning. The Lesotho Bureau of Statistics National Data Catalogue is a web-based catalogue that provides access to information on all national survey data held by the Bureau and other government departments. This information is presented in an internationally standardized format to allow comparisons with other African data and datasets worldwide. The National Data Catalogue allows for data discovery of existing Lesotho survey data and provides downloadable document files to support the usage of this data. Documentation for the surveys available via the catalogue includes:
